Rebecca Ponton is a journalist with a personal and professional interest in the issues around substance use and recovery. Books & Rec was born from her love of books coupled with a desire to share the stories of people who have created their own path to recovery, in order to provide hope to those still seeking to find their way. She believes that it is through sharing our stories that we foster a sense of connection with the ultimate goal of achieving peace in our lives.
